All hair from Raw Authentic Hair comes co-washed. Make sure you care for your raw hair extensions just as you would your natural hair. Shampoo and condition between styles, air dry bundles if possible, and avoid heavy products and serums as they will weigh the hair down.
- Bundles are individually priced.
- This is raw, unprocessed single donor hair, therefore there may be slight variations in color and texture. These variations are not noticeable enough for the hair not to blend.
- Bundles are double drawn (thick & full from top to bottom at any length).
I ordered my hair on July 6 and received it on July 24. Keep in mind that this was a pre-order. There was a shipping delay, but I don’t blame the seller for that since it was the shipping company’s fault.
When I first opened the package, I noticed the hair was still damp. As I took it out of the bag, it was a little tangled, which honestly concerned me at first. However, I believe that was because the hair was still damp and had been moving around inside the shipping bag during transit.
This was my first time ordering from her, but I’ve been wearing raw hair since I was 18 years old, and I’m 32 now, so I’m very familiar with raw hair quality.
The bundles were very full from root to tip, just as described. The hair smelled good, and once I gently combed out the tangles, it became very soft. It does snag here and there, but nothing major. From my experience, longer textures tend to snag a little more anyway, and once you run your fingers through it, it’s fine.
Overall, I’d rate the hair a 9/10. My only small complaint is the occasional snagging, but it’s not enough to stop me from ordering again.
Lastly, the customer service was a 10/10. I accidentally ordered the wrong bundles at first, and she responded very quickly, canceled my order, and allowed me to reorder the correct hair. I really appreciated how fast and helpful she was because great customer service is something I value highly. Overall, I would definitely purchase from her again.
I’ll give another update in a month to see how the hair holds up I hope this helps ladies for got to add that I got four bundles of 24 inch. I only use three so you do get a lot of hair if u want a really full look thank you 4
