Shipping policy

All on-hand orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment Monday through Friday. Any orders that are not on-hand will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email when orders have been shipped. Raw Authentic Hair is not responsible for any packages after they have been received by USPS. In the event of a major sale, federal holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays please allow up to 21 business days for orders to be processed and delivered.
