Return & Exchange Policy: 

All sales are final. You may exchange items if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at info@rawauthentichair.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will email you to notify you. We will also email you once the new item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number. 

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Please contact us at info@rawauthentichair.com with any questions.

Shipping Policy:

All on-hand orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment Monday through Friday. Any orders that are not on-hand will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email when orders have been shipped. Raw Authentic Hair is not responsible for any packages after they have been received by USPS. In the event of a major sale, federal holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays please allow up to 21 business days for orders to be processed and delivered.
